If customs clearance delays extend shipping time, delivery may take 15-20 days. For significant customs delays, we will email you before shipment. If no response is received, we will issue a refund.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment, please contact us in time.
After the order is shipped, if the package interception fails, please ask for the return address from us after the package is signed for, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
No compensation will be given for rejected packages.
Returns
Return period: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition with our labels attached.
